Thank you for shopping with Jadefoxkae. Each item is created with care and intention. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized orders
Digital products or downloads
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be approved.
4. Return Approval & Shipping
Returns must be approved before sending items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Items sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable
If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability.
If an exchange is approved, customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
7. Digital Products
All digital products are final sale.
Once delivered or downloaded, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
8. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or processing begins.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once work has started.
9. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our items:
Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal
These variations are not considered defects
